I work with individuals
to move through life’s complexities with curiosity, self-understanding, and a more intentional path forward.
I guide partners out of hurtful conflict loops to communicate clearly and rebuild a deep, lasting connection.
I help families navigate difficult conversations, honor individual needs, and strengthen relationships.
I facilitate groups that transform isolation into shared strength, helping folks practice authentic connection in a safe, supportive community.
Often, we sense a need for something to be different before we know what that change looks like, or how to navigate the path forward. My work is informed by an integrated approach of relational, psychodynamic, and Gestalt therapy, offering a grounded space where we slow down and explore your present reality together.
A 50-minute individual session is $175. Couples and families can choose a 50-minute session for $175 or a 70-minute session for $245. I do not accept insurance at this time, but I can provide a superbill for you to submit to insurance on your own. I have limited sliding scale spots for folks who cannot afford a full session price.
Many clients attend therapy one time a week. Some attend twice a week or every other week.
I'm currently meeting clients online through the end of 2026. I'll begin seeing clients either online or in-person in our San Francisco office at the beginning of 2027. We're a few blocks from 16th and Mission BART.
I'm a graduate of the Wright Institute in Berkeley, California where I received a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology. I have an undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Product Design from the College of Architecture and Urban Studies at Virginia Tech. My work is informed by both of these experiences.
I'm currently an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Profesional Clinical Counselor working under the supervision of Joe Latuga.
I found my way to clinical work after a 15-year career in tech as a Product Designer and Design Director. My transition grew out of a deepening interest in human connection, self-understanding, and noticing the patterns that shape how we move through the world. I'm grateful to have found work that allows me to bring these interests into a meaningful, collaborative, and attuned process with others. I value the ability to mix skills I learned early in my career, including creative problem solving, process awareness, clear communication, and systems thinking with those I've nurtured in my personal life, like empathy, compassion, humor, and a willingness to remain present in uncertainty and discomfort.
